What You’ll Do

• Lead a team in completing residential and commercial landscaping and construction projects

• Ensure high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines

• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Uphold workplace safety and enforce company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping and hardscaping (construction experience is a plus)

• Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn all aspects of construction

• Leadership experience in a similar role is a plus

• Ability to read project plans and execute work efficiently

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
